		<description>Hey, man! Congrats on the exercisery. Reading someone else&#039;s daily accounts of hitting the gym is inspiring! Keep it up.

The faculty/staff cardio room in the basement of UT&#039;s Gregory Gym has individual, tiny cable tv on every treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine. Time flies when there&#039;s something entertaining to watch, even better when you get to make the pick. They even have iPod dongles now so you can plug in your own content and control it with the machine&#039;s touchscreen. L33t! Nothing like burning calories to Antiques Roadshow or MythBusters or the crazy Deutsche-Welle satellite channel with its shows about kunstwerk and haute couture fashion stuff that I don&#039;t understand.

To tie back in to your post: for some reason I&#039;ve been watching Battle Dimension Pokemon every morning before heading to work. It&#039;s either that or Golden Girls or an infomercial...that&#039;s my excuse, anyhow.</description>

You know when it is reeeallly hard to go on when you are doing the cardio?? You have to go over that hurdle and you start to hit the sweet spot where you are just maintaining the HR but it&#039;s just so much easier to run.. it&#039;s the initial phase that really brings u down, but you just gotta push through it.  Eventually your adrenalin kicks in and you may even experience crazy happy feeling of exhilaration from all of the happy hormones ur body&#039;s pumping...Then u get addicted to running and if you don&#039;t run, your body starts to ache... :D</description>

		<description>Congrats on this program!  U really are into it, that is so wonderful.  I am on a program right now as well; low carb for a month and a work out consisting of outdoor activities. I hiked 5 miles yesterday, and have hiked about 20 miles this week.  In two weeks I am down 12 pounds.  For a girl we go by weight loss; I don&#039;t want too much muscle mass.  ;-)  Keep up the great work!</description>
